BOLIX Timeline

20th March 1991- a new company named Erbak,manufacturig products under the brand name BOLIX, is established in Żywiec. Its founder Romuald Hałabuda, starts off by manufacturing renders and mortars for his own construction and installation company, but soon moves on to selling his products to other construction companies,

1st June 2001- Erbak is converted from sole proprietorship into a private limited company named BOLIX Sp. z o.o.,

5th September 2003- Advent International, one of the largest private equity firms across the globe becomes the owner of BOLIX

7th March 2005- BOLIX becomes a public company

8th May 2007- TÜV Nord awards the ISO Certificate to BOLIX for the conformity with the EN-ISO 9001:2000 and EN-ISO 14001:2004 standards, which confirms the implementation of the Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System

23rd May 2007- Bolix External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems (ETICS) with polystyrene are awarded the European Technical Approval (ETA),

18th September 2008-Berger Paints India, second largest paint manufacturer in India becomes the owner of BOLIX.

Over 100 m square metres of external walls have been insulated with the BOLIX materials – it’s our latest achievement. It equals to 600 thousand of medium size detached houses.
